Cancellations within 24 - 48 hours of tour departure will incur a 50% loss of the ticket price. Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in 100% loss of the ticket price.
The tour operator highly recommends all passengers have travel insurance. Although every effort is made, the tour operator shall not be liable for any illness, damages, loss or delay that may occur due to factors beyond our control.
The tour operator reserves and retains the right to alter itineraries, fares and may cancel tours in unforeseen circumstances.

Day Tour Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure (or no shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Tour of 2 or more days, cancelled within 72hrs of departure (or no shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
