Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential.

•Full payment is due on booking
•There is no refund for no shows
•Tickets & monies are non-refundable & non-transferable unless the cruise is cancelled
•A 3% credit card fee will apply if you have paid by AMEX/DINERS credit card
•Your ticket is valid for the day of the booking only
•Please arrive at departure point 15 minutes prior to departure time

Kangaroo Island SeaLink:
Cancellation of a booking, or part thereof will incur the following fees:
· More than 30 days before departure - $50 per person
· Between 7 & 30 days before departure - $50 per person or 50% of total cost whichever is greater
· Less than 7 days before departure - $50 per person or 80% of total cost whichever is greater
· Within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost
No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing.
Amendment Fees: Due to the complexity, staff time & communication costs of the booking process, a charge of $22 (incl GST) may apply to each modification made after the original booking.

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
AAT Kings (Northern Territory):
Due to the Extensive organisation involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges.
Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given.
Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.
