Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential.

Tasmanian Hikes:
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Guests canceling their tour up to 8 to weeks prior, a full refund less the tour deposit [$500] will be refunded. If guests cancel a tour less that 8 weeks up until the pre-booked departure date, no refund will be given.
If guests wish to transfer their booking to another date this can be done up to 8 weeks prior only.
Should a participant/guest need to leave a tour once it has commenced, due to a medical emergency or any other reason, no refund, partial or in full, will be given.
Should Tasmanian Hikes have to cancel a tour due to lack of numbers, guests will be given 14days notice.
If we can’t offer you an alternative tour that would suit you, we will refund your payment in full less a 5% administration fee. The 5% administration fee is 5% of the tour cost.
Tasmanian Hikes reserves the right to vary, cancel or postpone a tour due to unsafe conditions such as severe weather, floods, bush fires or sudden track closures. We reserve the right to cancel a tour, in whole or in part if it is necessary to do so due to a force majeure event.
Tasmanian Hikes strongly recommends that suitable travel insurance be purchased by the traveller to cover any financial loss, due to your own cancellation, or if Tasmanian Hikes has to cancel a tour. Tasmanian Hikes will not be responsible for your travel expenses or losses arising from a cancellation.
We also strongly recommend that comprehensive travel insurance be taken out against loss of baggage or any medical expenses.
Troll Tours- Sydney and Hunter Valley Tours:
TROLL TOURS HARLEY TRIKE AND MOTORBIKE TOURS:
Full refund if cancelled 48hrs before tour departure. If cancelled within 48hrs 25% will be kept as a booking fee.
TROLL TOURS:
TOUR CONDITIONS: “TROLL TOURS” reserve the right to alter or modify itinerary if prevailing weather, road conditions or adverse conditions require such change.
Go Ride a Wave:
Cancellation (within) between 48 hours – 7 days prior to lessons will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellation (within) less than 48 hours prior to program will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
A full refund will be given if lessons are cancelled due to weather/ surf conditions.
Kangaroo Island SeaLink:
Cancellation of a booking, or part thereof will incur the following fees:
· More than 30 days before departure - $50 per person
· Between 7 & 30 days before departure - $50 per person or 50% of total cost whichever is greater
· Less than 7 days before departure - $50 per person or 80% of total cost whichever is greater
· Within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost
No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing.
Amendment Fees: Due to the complexity, staff time & communication costs of the booking process, a charge of $22 (incl GST) may apply to each modification made after the original booking.

Admission only:
No charge - however advice given prior to or on the day of travel is required for cancellations.
Package/Combination products:
Outside of 24 hours - no charge.
12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge.
Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.
Getaways SA:
Tour dates can be changed with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to Tour start will receive a Refund, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.
