Cancellations or changes to bookings within 48hrs of departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund. 20% Cancellation fee on all bookings regardless of date.
Swan Valley Tours:
Swan Valley Tours reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient passenger numbers. Swan Valley Tours shall not be liable for any injuries, illness, damage, loss or delay that may be caused to the passenger and/or their belongings whilst on tour. Full payment or credit card details are required to confirm a booking. Cancellation fee is 100% within 24 hours.
Captain Cook Cruises:
All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates:
30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit.
within 15-29 days; 50% of fare.
14 days or less; 100% of fare.
no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare.
Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.
Tropic Wings Cairns Tours:
100% cancellation fee applicable for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel. All tours of 2 days or more in duration will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of day of travel.
ADAMS PINNACLE TOURS:
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once any payment is made the following cancellation fees will apply in addition to any fees levied by your booking agent:
Cancellation Fees: Day Tours
Cancellation within 2 days (48hrs) of departure results in a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations between 3 and 5 days prior to departure results in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration)
Cancellations within 5 days of departure results in up to a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 6-15 days prior to departure result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 16-29 days prior to departure result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 30 or more days prior to departure results in : up to a 10% fee charged by Adams Pinnacle Tours
Amendment Fees: Day Tours
A charge of $50 per person may apply to booking amendments received more than 5 days prior to tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments made within 5 days prior to the tour departure will be treated as cancellations and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
Amendment Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration)
A Charge of $100 per person may apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed and at least 30 days prior to the tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments within 30 days of travel will be treated as cancellations and the cancellation policy applied.

Out & About Wine Tours- Swan Valley & Margaret River Specialist:
100% cancellation fee may apply if cancelled with 72 hours prior to departure.
Skydive Cairns:
100% cancellation fee applies in case of no show or if cancelled within 48 hours of departure.
Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Melbourne & Adelaide:
Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to cancellations within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on.
Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Jump Tours:
Jump Tours charges fees for cancellation by the customer depending on the time left before departure:
30 Days - 14 Days before departure: 25% of tour price
13 Days - 48 hours before departure: 50% of tour price
Less than 48hrs before departure: 100% of tour price
Autopia Tours:
Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Tour dates can be changed with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to Tour start will receive a Refund, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.
