Wildlife Tours Australia:
Although every effort is made, Wildlife Tours Australia shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Wildlife Tours Australia retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours.
Cancellation within 7 days of departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; Cancellation within 48 hours or failure to show will result in full fare forfeiture. $25 per person transfer fee applies to any transfer of service within 7 days of departure.
Sunrover Tours:
Cancellations received with less than 2 weeks notice, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel your tour with less than 48hrs notice then a fee of 100% may be applied.
No Show (failure to collect tour tickets) / We fulfill our commitment to you for the sale of the tour ticket to you by making the tour ticket available at the pick up point for you to collect. If for any reason you are unable to collect all or part of your tour tickets purchased from us we are unable to refund your purchase.
If the tour is cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or by any event outside of the control of the tour operator then refunds shall be at the tour operator’s absolute discretion. If the tour is cancelled for any other reason, we will refund to you the tour ticket price exclusive of all booking and delivery fees. We do not refund the booking or delivery fee because we have provided you with the service you paid for- the booking and delivery of the tour ticket has been completed.
Australian Day Tours:
DAY TOURS
· Tours cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee.
· If cancelled within 24hrs of travel or passengers Fail to Load 100% cancellation fee applies.
. Concession Fares - Valid for Australian and New Zealand Pension and Senior Card Holders.
ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS
· A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure.
· Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
· 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.
Frankland Island Cruises:
A 100% cancellation fee applies if advice is not provided a minimum of 36 hours prior to departure for cancellations or amendments.
Australian Sunset Safaris:

Sunset Safaris makes every effort to include ALL activities and destinations listed. However due to the extreme nature of Fraser Island and Rainbow Beach, and weather unpredictability in general, some activities are subject to Tide, Time, and Weather factors, and the tour operator cannot be held liable due to these factors.
CANCELLATION POLICY DUE TO STRONG WINDS (Great Barrier Reef)
Occasionally strong winds will cause the cancellation of the boat that takes us to the Great Barrier Reef. The tour operator will always endeavour to cancel or postpone the excursion to the Town of 1770 before time of departure if winds are too strong. However, due to the unpredictability of winds, we may arrive at the Town of 1770, and be told by the boat company that the trip has been cancelled. In the uncommon event that this occurs, the tour operator will refund the total sum of the purchase price of the Boat ticket and reef tax ($170) at the town of 1770. A range of other activities such as snorkelling and diving in sheltered waters, sea kayaking, surfing, amphibious vehicle rides, and much more may be arranged by the tour operator staff at 1770, and these optional activities are then payable by the customer.
CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations with less than 24 Hours notice incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations with less than 72 hours, but not less than 24 hours, incurs a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations with less than 7 days notice, but not less than 72 hours notice incurs a $25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations not less than 7 Days notice will incur a 5% cancellation fee (administrative processing).
All customer cancellation incur a further Tours To Go cancellation fee.
Vagabond Cruises:
Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential.
•Child rate = 5-14 yrs
•Concession rate = Australian seniors/pensioners & full time students
•Family rate = 2 adults + 2 children
•Full payment is due on booking
•There is no refund for no shows
•Tickets & monies are non-refundable & non-transferable unless the cruise is cancelled
•A 3% credit card fee will apply if you have paid by AMEX/DINERS credit card
•Your ticket is valid for the day of the booking only
•Please arrive at departure point 15 minutes prior to departure time
•Surcharge will apply on Public Holidays

ABSOLUTELY TASMANIA DAY TOURS:
We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance which includes cover for cancellation costs.
If you cancel your booking before departure, we may at our absolute discretion charge the following fees;
30 days or more 10% of fare
8 to 30 days 25% of fare
48hrs to 7 days 50% of fare
Less than 48hrs 100% of fare

Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences:
Outside of 24 hours - no charge.
12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge.
Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.
Ocean Rafting:
Cancellations are accepted up until 7.00pm the night prior to the tour.
Skydive Uluru:
All bookings incur a $100 per person cancellation fee, unless cancelling within 48hrs of departure, at which time a 100% cancellation fee applies and no refund is available.
Booking amendments may incur a $100 per person amendment fee.
