Tropic Wings Cairns Tours:
100% cancellation fee applicable for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel. All tours of 2 days or more in duration will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of day of travel.
Lets Go Surfing:
We surf in all weather and surf conditions providing it is safe. If the surf is too big, or the conditions unsafe, then we will reschedule the lesson. If you are unable to reschedule a lesson that we have cancelled then we can provide a refund. Otherwise there are no refunds, transfers (to other people), or cancellations. If you would like to reschedule a lesson you have booked, we need at least 24 hours notice. Failure to give the necessary notice will mean forfeiture of that lesson.

Cancellations received within 48 hours of departure will incurr a 100% cancellation fee.
Jungle Adventures:
Jungle Surfing is an all-weather activity and continues to operate in wet conditions.
No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure.
10% cancellation fee for all other cancellations, in addition to any cancellation fee charge by booking agent.
Under extreme weather conditions, if operator cancels tour, a full refund is available.
Tasmanian Hikes:
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Guests canceling their tour up to 8 to weeks prior, a full refund less the tour deposit [$500] will be refunded. If guests cancel a tour less that 8 weeks up until the pre-booked departure date, no refund will be given.
If guests wish to transfer their booking to another date this can be done up to 8 weeks prior only.
Should a participant/guest need to leave a tour once it has commenced, due to a medical emergency or any other reason, no refund, partial or in full, will be given.
Should Tasmanian Hikes have to cancel a tour due to lack of numbers, guests will be given 14days notice.
If we can’t offer you an alternative tour that would suit you, we will refund your payment in full less a 5% administration fee. The 5% administration fee is 5% of the tour cost.
Tasmanian Hikes reserves the right to vary, cancel or postpone a tour due to unsafe conditions such as severe weather, floods, bush fires or sudden track closures. We reserve the right to cancel a tour, in whole or in part if it is necessary to do so due to a force majeure event.
Tasmanian Hikes strongly recommends that suitable travel insurance be purchased by the traveller to cover any financial loss, due to your own cancellation, or if Tasmanian Hikes has to cancel a tour. Tasmanian Hikes will not be responsible for your travel expenses or losses arising from a cancellation.
We also strongly recommend that comprehensive travel insurance be taken out against loss of baggage or any medical expenses.
Magnetic Island Sea Kayaks:
1. The travel date of the tour may only be altered with more than 48 hours notice to Magnetic Island Sea Kayaks (MISK), prior to the originally booked tour.
2. For tours cancelled more than forty eight hours prior to the originally booked departure date then monies will be refunded, less 25% to cover agents and MISK costs incurred in the original booking.
3. No refund will be given, or departure date altered, for tours cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the originally booked departure date, or for persons who do not show for departure.
4. For tours cancelled by MISK customers will be transferred to another tour. All monies will be refunded for customers who are unable to transfer.
Go Ride a Wave:
Cancellation (within) between 48 hours – 7 days prior to lessons will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellation (within) less than 48 hours prior to program will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
A full refund will be given if lessons are cancelled due to weather/ surf conditions.
Melbourne River Cruises:
Sightseeing River Cruises cancelled 72 hours or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund.
Cruising Restaurant bookings cancelled with 7 days or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund.
Taste the Barossa:
100% cancellation fee applies for any booking cancelled by you (the customer) within 48 hours of departure.
